    All good here! Dr Ian Pollard, the quiet achiever! The wife and I both had colonoscopies this week, the wife has had a few previous procedures done by Dr Pollard all done with the same level of professionalism. The staff and nurses were terrific.They turn what is basically an awful procedure into a pretty tolerable experience.The only slight let down was that I got a very nice well dressed, confident anesthesiologist who while outlining the risks still made us feel alright about it.While my wife got one that had the bedside manner of a house brick and basically left us feeling a bit on edge about the possibility of complications. But all good none the less. Cant say I am keen for round two in 5 years time but I will happily go back to Northern Endoscopy. Rgds, CM
