  Poor service from the start, I should have known better when the price changed 3 times and I had to chase up a quote and the reception staff were asking for a deposit before I had an invoice. The DIY kit was incomplete and not cut to size - a random assortment of laminate (looked like off cuts) When I called the owner to complain about having to cut everything to size and missing pieces, his reply was "buy a hacksaw" I had to buy a circular saw, several more pieces of timber and pay an acquaintance to cut everything correctly. I have purchased DIY kits in the past that have been great. Avoid this company they took over $1000 for a lousy product and were very rude when I complained.

  Fantastic Staff from beginning to end. Heaps of help getting the right product to suit me and adjusted the invoice accordingly. Cannot recommend them more with great quality products. Will be back again for sure.

  I would like to thank the team at Hills for all there help in installing 3 bedroom wardrobes in our home, the experience from start to finish was the best we have had. The team was quick, professional, and made sure everything was set up correctly. As a female i was also pleased that they cleaned and dusted everything up before leaving.

  My husband and I got 2 flat packed wardrobes from hills factory direct ,the office staff were very helpful and the factory staff were more than happy to answer my many questions while we installed it our selfs i will be back soon for my laundry cupboard and highly recommend them to my my friends and family
