    Terrible courier service. Driver and company make up excuses when deliveries are not on time. Special notes on consignments are ignored. Very little customer service and plenty of attitude and unprofessionalism.

    Staff is very good...nice rest house for linehaul drivers....only one thing missing they don't have shower for drivers.

    absolutely useless!!! can't get freight to the correct destination let alone the right state!! the last 4 times our freight from suppliers has been sent via border express it has either been extremely late or midirected to another state. avoid at all costs.

    Unable to obtain a straightforward freight quote for 3 pallets to travel interstate (weight & dimensions provided) without first providing a detailed email history of my previous transactions (including sizes) with other freight companies for "consideration to be taken on as a customer". Too hard to do business with.
